is based in St Albans and founded in 2010 by Kym Winter and Peter Berry. Both therapists are trained and qualified psychoanalytic psychotherapists with over 45 years combined experience in working with a wide variety of difficulties.

We offer a range of services including individual counselling and psychotherapy, couples and relationship therapy and we work with families and young people. We also provide supervision for trainee & newly qualified psychotherapists, consultancy , training and life-coaching.
