Kym Winter ( Bsc(Hons) Psych; UKCP reg; Memb. AAP. ) trained originally in psychology, before going onto train as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with the Arbours Association. She is now Chair of the Arbours Association Training Committee, and Co-ordinator for a residential Therapeutic Community working with people with severe emotional difficulties.
She has worked for over 15 years in a variety of settings including higher education, the NHS and voluntary sector. She is a former Head of a UK University Counselling centre and has extensive experience in both long and short term work. She also writes and teaches on the impact of technology upon relationships, and shifting concepts of the Self and personal identity in relation to this.
Kym is a member of the UKCP, and practices under the Arbours Association Code of Ethics and Practice.

Peter Berry (Dip.Art Th.; Memb. The Guild of Psychotherapists) originally trained in Fine Art, and then as an Art Therapist. He went onto train as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with The Guild of Psychotherapists. He has over 30 years experience in many contexts including therapeutic communities, hospitals and day centres. He was Chair of The Guild of Psychotherapists (1997-2003), a member of their Training Committee and teacher for many years. He was one of the original delegates to the UKCP, and is currently a member of the Guild Ethics Panel. He is also a member of the Arbours Association Training Committee , teaches on the training programme, and is Consultant to the University of Hertfordshire MA in Arts Therapies.
His current interests include consultancy to individuals/teams managing complex caseloads, supervision, the politics and ethics of the professionalisation of psychotherapy, and the idea of psychotherapy as an (extra) ordinary conversation.
Peter is a member of The Guild of Psychotherapists and practices under their Code of Ethics and Practice.

Stephen Davey (Memb. Arbs Assoc.; UKCP reg).
works on a long and short-term basis, according to client need. Stephen has worked extensively in the Drug and Alcohol and Mental Health field and with voluntary agencies. He presently Co-ordinates a Therapeutic Community and has a private practice working with individuals and providing supervision to both experienced and newly qualified individuals.

Kate Rothwell (BA, PG Dip UK , MA, SR AT (A)) is a State Registered Art Psychotherapist with over 25 years experience working within special need, educational, forensic and mental health settings with both children and adults. Currently Head of Arts Therapies in the NHS, where she manages a team of Arts Therapists, Kate is also a visiting lecturer on the MA Art Therapy programmes at University of Hertfordshire, Derby, Roehampton and Goldsmiths.
Specialising in work with children and adults with Intellectual Disabilities and those diagnosed with Personality Disorders, Kate also works with children and families experiencing emotional difficulties, with patients who have acquired neurological disorders, and with Art Psychotherapists/Clinical Psychologists in training. She also works as a supervisor for Clinical and Counselling Psychologists in the NHS and Independent sector, and with Arts Therapists working in Forensic settings, in Adult, Infant and Child Mental Health settings in the NHS, and in the third sector.
